Keep in mind that the reminders we send home regarding your student’s lunch balance may not reflect any payments you have made because the reminder MAY have been printed at lunch and before and your payment was made. Before contacting the school, please log in to your EZPAY account to verify that your payment was processed. Also, the reminders that come home are imprinted with the date and time – please check to see if the reminder note was printed before you made your payment, and/or your student brought it home on the day it was printed.
